Welcome

We believe that every child in our community deserves the fundamental right to grow up in a safe and loving environment.

Therefore, our purpose is to ensure that every abused and neglected child that ends up in foster care in Eddy County, through no fault of their own, has that same opportunity.

We are Court Appointed Special Advocates, a volunteer-powered network of committed people–from all walks of life–who believe society has a fundamental obligation to these children. In advocating for an abused or neglected child, you give that child a voice–and a chance for a better life.

Parenting Advocacy

Beginning in mid March CASA will be implementing parenting skills  to help with child abuse and neglect cases that are assigned  through the 5th Judicial District Court. We will be working with the Nurturing Parent Program and the National Fatherhood Initiative . The Executive Director is a certified Facilitator in Nurturing Parenting Program, as well as for  Families in Substance Abuse Treatment & Recovery in the Nurturing Parenting; certified Facilitator in the National Fatherhood Initiative programs, ACES Facilitator as well as One Circle Foundation.

Our mission is make sure all children are in a safe, thriving home, but also the importance of reunification for families. If we can be of any help please feel free to contact us.    Thank You
